Above is a photo of a 10 inch shell. The shell is a Sfera Di Matteo - salice bianco which translates to White Weeping Willow. By looking at the man in charge of the Ramps at La Ronde (where the largest fireworks competition takes place at) Paul Csukasy, you can see how large and heavy a 10 inch shell would seem to be (the average 10 inch shell weighs more than 30 lbs).
